The youngster made his debut at the weekend in a 1-0 Pars defeat to Ayr United. Craig Moore’s first half effort was enough to send the three points back to Somerset Park.
For Ross though it was a chance to show the Pars faithful what he can bring to the team. He’s joined the Fifers until the end of the season as he looks to build up his first-team experience.
Crawford says he’s delighted to have added Ross to his team and thinks he was a handful in stages on his debut.
“I felt that there were spells in the first half where he looked lively but we always knew that he was probably going to fall out of it a little,” said Crawford.
“We thought coming in that he brought some freshness. We wanted to play with two wider players on Saturday. He will be a good addition to the squad.
“We will have to try to get him up to speed but he comes with a decent reputation. We have spoken about him for a number of months now and we are lucky to have added him to the squad for the second part of the season.”
