Aaron McEneff is a player who will excite the Hearts fans according to sporting director Joe Savage as the former Tottenham Hotspur youngster returns to UK football.
The Irish midfielder has signed on a permanent basis for Hearts from Irish League side Shamrock Rovers, following a fruitful spell in his homeland. It’s a return to the UK scene for the creative midfielder after a stint at Tottenham Hotspur as a young professional before heading to Derry City.

Recently called up to the Republic of Ireland squad, Savage reckons he’ll be a great addition to Neilson’s Jambo plans: “Aaron is someone that I’ve been looking at for the best part of four years and I’m delighted that we’ve been able to bring him to Hearts.
“He’s been one of Ireland’s standout players for a couple of years now, evidenced by his recent international call up. I’m sure the fans are going to be excited by him; he’s really energetic, a box-to-box midfielder who can chip in with goals as well.”
