Motherwell manager Stephen Robinson has provided an injury update ahead of the Well’s trip to Rangers tomorrow afternoon.
Robinson’s side face a Rangers team who have been mostly relentless this term. But their League Cup stumble to St Mirren midweek shows that this Rangers team can be halted.

On a 27-game unbeaten run prior to that, Robinson knows tomorrow’s match won’t be an easy task. Speaking ahead of the game, he has provided an injury update.
Chris Long drops out injured with Jordan White back to full fitness alongside Mark O’Hara, Jake Hastie ineligible against his parent club: “Mark’s ok, thankful, he just landed funny (on his ankle).
“He trained Wednesday. Chris Long is our only injury and will miss out while Jordan White is fit again, as is Devante Cole. We’ve waited for Jake, he’s now got his head down and is trying to get to the fitness levels he had before.

“It’s no coincidence in football that the fitter you are, the better you play. He comes on and made an impact and we have missed that. Unfortunately he can’t be involved so it’s been a bit stop-start for him.
“It has been for him this season but he’ll get opportunities in the coming weeks.”
Robinson also confirmed contract talks had kicked off with the likes of Allan Campbell and Declan Gallagher before the Rangers trip: “They’ve all been offered contracts.

“It’s up to them what they do, but there’s a limit to what Motherwell can go to. I don’t have a problem with that as long as people conduct themselves properly, with humility. It’s up to them, we’ve made our offers, we’ve tried very hard and we’ll see where that goes.”
