It’s Friday night festive football in Lanarkshire tonight as Motherwell clash with Kilmarnock in the Premiership.

This game was originally to be played the following day but was moved after being selected for TV coverage by Premier Sports.

Motherwell sit fourth in the league having won their last two fixtures and could go within three points of Rangers with another victory.

Kilmarnock managed to grind out three points against Hearts on Sunday despite playing with 10-men for the majority of the encounter.

Derek McInnes’ side moved up to eighth and they could move to within a point of the top six if they manage to usurp the Steelmen under the Fir Park floodlights.
