Confirmed starting XIs from all four Scottish Premiership fixtures

There’s a full card of midweek Scottish Premiership action this week with games taking place from Tuesday through to Thursday night – and there’s plenty to look forward to tonight with four fixtures in the top-flight as Aberdeen face Livingston, Dundee host St Johnstone, Hibs welcome Rangers and St Mirren play Ross County.

With less than an hour until the games get underway, team news is coming in from Pittodrie, Dens Park, Easter Road and the SMISA Stadium ahead of kick-off.

After Motherwell’s 1-0 win over Dundee United last night, all the movement in the table is likely to take place in the bottom six of the Premiership tonight – with only six points covering the bottom six sides.

The final game of the midweek card sees Hearts travel to Glasgow to face Celtic tomorrow night – but there’s plenty to focus on tonight with eight teams in action at the start of a massive run of games.

A win for Ross County in Paisley, coupled with a defeat for Dundee, could see the Staggies climb off the foot of the table and leapfrog Dundee – while the Dens Park side know a win should see them jump up the table.

Meanwhile, St Mirren will have their eyes on taking sixth from Hibs, despite having played a few games more, after Jim Goodwin predicted someone will take a ‘doing’ from his side soon.

With the fixtures coming thick and fast now, there’s little chance for teams to get a breather between now and the Scottish Premiership winter break, and picking up some momentum over the coming weeks could make a massive difference to a club’s season.

Here are the starting XIs from each of tonight’s Scottish Premiership fixtures:

Aberdeen v Livingston

Dundee v St Johnstone

Hibs v Rangers

St Mirren v Ross County
