Cristiano Ronaldo or Liam Donnelly? Juventus or Hearts? These are just a couple of decisions some Italian football viewers will have to make this weekend.
The Scottish Premiership will be available in Italy this week. Viewers will be able to watch every top-flight match on Sportitalia (Daily Record).

Motherwell v Hearts for example faces competition for viewers though, with Juventus v Fiorentina clashing with the Tynecastle match.
Here are three reasons why the capital clash is more appealing than Juve’s match.
Ronaldo couldn’t lace Donnelly’s boots
Some may say that Ronaldo is the world’s best player, but he might have a rival in Motherwell’s Donnelly if he keeps up his scoring form.

The Northern Irishman has netted eight times in eight games, whereas Ronaldo’s only scored six. Sure, Donnelly has played four more games in that time, but that doesn’t matter.
On the basis of this season anyway, the former Ballon d’Or winner is just a poor man’s Donnelly.
Juve v Fiorentina is predictable, Hearts v Motherwell isn’t
If you want to watch a foregone conclusion, the Juventus match is the game for you. The away side have won just three of their last 22 matches with the Italian champions.

Hearts v Motherwell, however, is a different kettle of fish. 13 Hearts wins, 12 Well victories and five draws have occurred in their last 30 meetings.
You never know what you’re going to get with the Scottish clash, which makes it a more intriguing watch than another Juve win over Fiorentina.
Jambo youngsters put Juve and Fiorentina starlets to shame
Hearts have two of the most promising European talents playing in fine form just now, Andy Irving and Aaron Hickey. This is a prime chance for Italian viewers to see what all the fuss is about.

There aren’t many young players playing for either Italian side. Luca Ranieri, Federico Chiesa and Matthijs De Ligt are some of the young guns that’ll participate in the Italian fixture.
They are simply inferior to some of Gorgie’s finest in Hickey and Irving. If you want to view young players who’ll go on to win major honours in their career, Hearts v Motherwell should be your match of choice.
