Hibs manager Paul Heckingbottom has named his side for this afternoon’s Scottish Premiership clash with Rangers – and there’s a rare start for Ryan Gauld against the Ibrox side.

Heck’s side are looking to maintain their unbeaten league run under the former Leeds and Barnsley boss – and fans on Twitter are happy with the XI selected to face the Gers.

On-loan midfielder Gauld has been on the bench for the last two games after overcoming a hamstring injury that has disrupted his spell at Easter Road.

With Gauld coming into the side, there’s no room for Flo Kamberi who has been dropped to the bench after a disappointing run of form recently.

A win for the Hibees would leave them only four points off Aberdeen and Kilmarnock with two games to go in the hunt for a Europa League spot next season.

With their final two games coming against Kilmarnock and Aberdeen, a win for Heckingbottom’s side over Rangers would be absolutely huge for the Hibees.
