Jack Ross made it two wins from two Hibs games with a 2-1 win over former employers St Mirren.
A goal from that Christian Doidge guy put Hibs on the road to victory before a second half Stevie Mallan penalty sealed the deal for the Hibees. Junior Morias scored a consolation for the Buddies.

It’s a big result that secures three wins on the spin and a firm grip on sixth spot. They’re also just four points off fourth and seven off third, which is surprising given Hibs’ disappointing start to the season.
This game wasn’t entirely simple for the Hibees. St Mirren pressed them all the way, with Danny Mullen and Ryan Flynn efforts coming off the post as they pushed for an equaliser.
Hibs held on though and secured the important win. They now go into their match with Kilmarnock at the weekend with a chance to go joint-fifth.

Some Hibs fans were delighted to have secured victory over St Mirren.

To get 3 points tonight whilst not playing brilliantly is an absolutely massive step forward for Hibs in comparison to how this season has generally went. 😀

A cracking win for Hibs, winning when not playing well too. 3 in a row! #GGTTH
