Aberdeen have announced an upcoming event which could be one of the most interesting things to happen in Scottish football in a while.
The club have revealed that chairman Dave Cormack will take part in a live and unedited question and answer session on the club’s YouTube channel this Tuesday at 7pm.
The statement promises that no topic will be out of bounds to discuss. Fans can submit questions via a form on the Aberdeen website.
The future of the manager seems certain to be discussed
It will be intriguing to see which topics are discussed in the q and a session. You have to imagine that the future of Aberdeen boss Derek McInnes will be a hot topic. Particularly after Cormack and the Aberdeen board gave their backing to McInnes, that he can turn Aberdeen’s season around.

It will be interesting to see if Cormack gives more information on the meeting he had with McInnes after Aberdeen’s recent defeat to Hibernian.
Plenty of talking points
Another topic that seems certain to come up is how Aberdeen are coping during the current pandemic. Also likely to be on the agenda will be the proposed move away from Pittodrie. The recent moves in the January transfer window would also seem like a natural talking point.

However, it will not be surprise if the questions are dominated by the manager’s future. Particularly depending on how Aberdeen fare against St Mirren on Saturday.
Still, the Q and A is likely to make interesting viewing, even if you aren’t an Aberdeen fan. Perhaps if all goes smoothly it will become a regular occurrence at Aberdeen, and other clubs in Scotland.
