Aberdeen have been trying to raise spirits, by releasing footage of two of their young academy talents practising their keepy-uppie skills.

The Coronavirus outbreak has halted football, and many supporters are looking for other things to replace their livelihood.

There is no indication when the game will return at the moment, and there are serious question marks against the current season and whether it will get the chance to play out.

The downtime has led to all sorts of things being put out by official club Twitters, with Aberdeen treating Dons fans to a couple of video clips of their stars of tomorrow.

On Monday, the clubโ€™s youth academy released footage of a member of the U11 team known as โ€˜O-Cโ€™ at home hitting volleys against the wall practising his chest control.

RONALDO NEEDS TO STOP WHINING.

That was then followed up by eight-year-old Mason keeping up a tennis ball for one-minute straight, which seriously impressed followers.

The two clips have racked up a combined 100,000 views and have put smiles on a lot of faces, amid a testing time for everyone right now.

Clearly there is some real talent within the clubโ€™s academy, and one wonders if O-C or Mason will one day be seen gracing the first-team at Pittodrie.
