Allan Campbell has been backed to ‘show them what you’ve got’ after leaving Motherwell, amid links to clubs like Stoke City.
Motherwell manager Graham Alexander confirmed last week that the midfielder had turned down a new deal for footballing reasons and was to move on from his boyhood club in the summer. Millwall and Stoke City are just two of the several English clubs to have registered an interest.

Either the Den side or Stoke City would need to pay a compensation fee for Campbell after he made 160 appearances following his time in the ‘Well academy. He didn’t feature in Motherwell’s final game of the Scottish Premiership season against Ross County due to injury.
The Fir Park club said on Twitter: “He’s one of our own. All the best for the future, Allan Campbell. Go show them what you’ve got.”
Fans have sent well-wishes to the midfielder too as he looks towards his new challenge, most likely south of the border.
All the best to wee Allan, been a great servant to the club and a wonderful example to future young players coming through, I remember Stephen Robinson once saying he would love 11 Allan Campbells which tells you all you need to know about his workrate and desire
