He said: “It feels great to be here, I am happy to get the deal over the line and hopefully I can do my bit for the team. I have had a look around Cormack Park and the facilities are good. It is a good set up here and I really like it. Everyone has made me feel really welcome.

“I knew there was interest from Aberdeen last week and when my agent said that they wanted to make the move happen I knew I wanted to come here. I was really excited when my agent said the move was going to happen. I have worked with Allan Russell before; he came to Wolves to do a striker session a couple of years ago.

“I remember him from the England videos as well which I used to watch all of the time. I am excited to work with him on a daily basis and I am hoping he can really excel my game and make me a better player.”
