A whole host of Championship teams have been having a look at him and Brentford and Middlesbrough are amongst those strongly linked with the Livi man.

A potential bargain for the likes of Brentford and Middlesbrough

Sides interested in Dykes are looking at him as an option for their striker departments. They see him as a potentially cheap option compared to the price of some other strikers.

Brentford are looking for Ollie Watkins alternatives as their current forward has been earmarked by some Premier League clubs according to the report. Others are checking in on the Livi striker’s progress.

Dykes only joined Livingston from Queen of the South in the summer and is contracted until 2022. It should give Livi a bit more room to ask for a decent fee, but they know they are powerless if a sizeable one comes in.

It looks as if Dykes’ impressive start to life in the top flight has earned him some transfer attention.
