Falkirk have confirmed the loan signing of Jevon Mills from Hull City on a loan deal until the end of the season as new boss Martin Rennie continues to bolster his squad.
The 18-year-old moves to Falkirk having made his first-team debut for Hull in November, coming off the bench against Cardiff City in a 1-0 win in Wales.
Bairns boss Rennie is delighted to add the under-19 Republic of Ireland international to his squad as he looks to make a push for the League One playoffs and end three miserable years in the third tier.
“Jevon is a young player with lots of potential,” Rennie said.
“He comes to the club highly rated by Hull City, and he will be an excellent option for us this season. He is an extremely bright prospect who we are delighted to bring in and the opportunity for him to come to us at this stage of his career and play first team football will benefit him massively.”
“I would like to thank Hull City for making this move possible and I look forward to welcoming Jevon to Falkirk until the end of the season.”
The Nottingham-born defender signed his first pro contract with Hull City in October and will wear the number 30 shirt for Falkirk.
He could make his debut this weekend against Montrose at Links Park.
