18-year-old defensive midfielder Ernaldo Krasniqi will have have a ‘completely new experience’ in football after swapping Huddersfield Town for Falkirk.
The Albanian is highly-rated by Huddersfield Town and leaves the English Championship club for a six-month loan in Scottish League One. Krasniqi signed his first professional contract in July and it runs until next summer, with the option of an extension until 2023. He can also play centre-back.

Huddersfield Town Academy Manager Emyr Humphreys said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for Ernaldo to go and gain a completely new experience on and off the pitch, and I would like to thank Falkirk and our loan manager David Fox for completing this deal.
“Ernaldo has some superb attributes – he’s got a fantastic passing range, he reads games well and is a real asset in both boxes – but his challenge now is to showcase those in a senior league for a team that has real aspirations of success.
“I can’t wait to see how Ernaldo fares, and we wish him the best of luck.”
