Football is on hold for now – but Falkirk are still putting their time to good use with great community gestures.
David McCracken and Lee Miller’s men sit second in League One as the Bairns face a wait to see when football kicks off again. It’s currently suspended as Scotland braces itself for the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Restrictions are in place for the most vulnerable in our society. People over the age of 70 or those with underlying health conditions have been urged to stay indoors for the foreseeable as they place in the high risk category for contracting the virus.
Falkirk have moved in to help out. Club officials ventured out yesterday to give groceries and essentials to those stuck inside for the next few months.
Providing them with things like food and medicine, the Bairns have given a big helping hand to those most in need currently.

It’s great to see the football club help out their local residents in times of uncertainty.
