Hearts left-back Alex Cochrane has no doubt that Manchester United and Manchester City pair Jadon Sancho and Phil Foden will bounce back from Euro 2020 disappointment.
The Hearts left-back arrived at Tynecastle on loan from Brighton and Hove Albion last month. He played with Foden and Sancho in the England U20s set-up, well-aware of how good the Manchester City and Manchester United pair are. Both were part of the England squad that lost the Euro 2020 final to Italy on Sunday.

Cochrane says his ex-teammates will respond well (DR): “I have trained and played with Phil Foden and Jadon Sancho. Even back then they were top class and they will get to the top, I have no doubts about that.
“They were at a different level to everyone else and have proved it at the top level of international football and that’s great to see. Unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be but I’ve no doubt these guys will bounce back, that’s what top players do.”
