Hibs are set to swoop for Derby midfielder Craig Bryson, according to a report.
According to the Express (15 January, page 68), Neil Lennon’s side could sign the Scotland international this month.

The midfielder’s contract is up at the end of the season but his future at Pride Park is unclear.
Bryson joined Derby in 2011 after four years at Kilmarnock and has made over 250 appearances for The Rams.

He spent last season on loan with Cardiff City and helped the Bluebirds win promotion to the Premier League

Bryson has been a regular for Frank Lampard this season but Derby owner Mel Morris is keen to slash the wage bill.
Alex Pearce and George Thorne have both already left this month.
Hibs have already added Ryan Gauld to the side after loanee Emerson Hyndman returned to Bournemouth.

Bringing Bryson in would really strengthen the Hibees midfield in the second half of the season.
The 32-year-old would walk right into the side and would probably end the capital side’s interest in Scott Allan.
With a wealth of experience, the former Killie man would help Lennon’s side secure a top-six place.
Hibs started the season well but have struggled in recent weeks and slid down the table.
The Cabbage find themselves in 8th place.
A strong run of results after the winter break could propel them up the table and adding Bryson would really help them achieve their goals this season.
