Hibs left-back Josh Doig is continuing to attract English Premier League interest as two more teams join Leeds United in the race for the teenager (Scotsman).
Doig has not been short of interest over the last 12 months following his award-winning breakthrough 2020/21 season at Hibs. Leeds United have been regularly linked with his services while AC Milan have also been mentioned.
Celtic are another club said to be keeping tabs on Doig but it’s interest from down south which is most prominent. Leeds United are one of nine English teams linked with Doig.
Arsenal, Chelsea, Leeds United, Leicester City, Manchester City, Sunderland and Watford have all been credited with interest. Now Brighton – who Hibs have a strategic partnership with – and Southampton have joined the race.
Hibs sporting director Graeme Mathie told NTOF last week that the Easter Road club were bracing for interest in several of their key assets this summer.
