Hibs defender Ryan Porteous appears to be a man in demand with Belgian side KV Oostende the latest to be credited with an interest in signing the Hibs and Scotland star.
According to the Daily Record, the Belgian side are set to watch Porteous in action this weekend in the Premier Sports Cup final against Celtic at Hampden as they mull over a move in January.

The Easter Road star has also been linked with a move to Russian side FC Krasnodar but the report claims the interest from Oostende is “far more concrete”.
Porteous is out of contract in the summer of 2023 and despite talks with the Hibees over extending his deal, there’s been no breakthrough yet, prompting interest from abroad in the 22-year-old.
The Hibs defender could see a move to Belgium as a way to help push his career to the next level after seeing the success ex-Celtic defender Jack Hendry had at Oostende.
After struggling at Parkhead, Hendry’s move gave him the chance to kickstart his career and force his way into Steve Clarke’s Scotland plans on the back of a string of impressive performances.
Hendry’s time at Oostende even saw the Belgians make a healthy profit when they sold him last summer to Club Brugge, where he is now regularly involved in the Champions League.
With a new manager at Easter Road imminent, Porteous may decide he wants to see how things go at Easter Road in the coming months before deciding where his future lies in the summer.
