Fellow Scottish Premiership clubs Hibs manage to make their way into the top ten in seventh. At present, Billy Bowie, Phyllis McLeish and Cathy Jamieson currently serve as directors on the Kilmarnock board.
With two women and one man occupying the club’s leadership due to this, it makes them the most diverse boardroom in professional UK sport at the highest level. 66.7 per cent of directors being female compared to 33.3 per cent being male puts the Rugby Park club firmly at the top of the list.
Tottenham Hotspur in second come with a 50-50 split. Nine Scottish Premiership clubs, not including Celtic, Hibs and Kilmarnock, were seen as the least diverse with 100% of their boardroom made up by males.
