Kilmarnock manager Alex Dyer has been named alongside Manchester United star Marcus Rashford and other Premier League players on the 2020 Football Black List.
The Killie boss, Manchester United hero Rashford and others have been recognised on the list which celebrates positive influences from the black community within the game.

The Football Black List was founded by Rodney Hinds and Leon Mann in 2008. Members are selected by an expert panel within the black community and all aspects of the football industry.
Manchester United star Rashford has been influential in driving positive changes for kids south of the border, endorsing several projects including a free school meals for children campaign.
Dyer meanwhile is a role model in the SPFL, the only black manager out of the 42 clubs in the professional game. Other people listed on this esteemed list are Troy Deeney, Wilfried Zaha and Tyrone Mings.

Initiative co-founder, Mann, said: “The global Black Lives Matter protests has made the game reflect on its own diversity and relationship with Black communities.
“The Football Black List provides a snapshot of the wonderful contribution the Black community makes to the national sport.
“We hope it inspires the next generation of Black leaders to follow those listed and the initiative helps encourage the football industry to put diversity at the top of the agenda – where it needs to be to make much needed progress in this area.”
