Derek McInnes is closing in on a deadline day busting loan move for Kilmarnock.
The Killie boss has been honest in his assessment of the transfer window this month with more talk of outs than ins all January.
Danny Armstrong has been linked with Hearts while McInnes was livid at the transfer talk becoming “unfair”.
Calvin Ramsay did arrive on loan from Liverpool while Jack Burroughs returned to parent club Coventry City after spending the first half of the season at Rugby Park.
McInnes‘ side have been looking for reinforcements at the back and now Not the Old Firm can reveal one player who is ready to make the move to Ayrshire.

Tom Wilson-Brown will join Kilmarnock from Leicester City
The club have made an approach for Leicester City’s Tom Wilson-Brown, 20, and we at NTOF understand it is a deal simply waiting for confirmation later this evening.
Wilson-Brown is yet to make his Foxes first-team breakthrough with on appearances under that banner.
He has made just eight appearances this season in all competitions with six coming in the Premier League 2 and the others in the EFL Trophy.
The young Englishman has been on the fringes in recent seasons but feels a loan switch is best for his career in a bid to play regular games under an experienced gaffer in McInnes.
His switch to Kilmarnock will be his first loan away from the King Power Stadium having come through the youth ranks with the under 18s and then the 21s.
What sort of player is Wilson-Brown?
Wilson-Brown is a versatile defender and can play at both left-back and in the centre of a back-four which would suit McInnes looking for a utility man who can do it all at the back.
He has just the one goal throughout his three-and-a-half years as a professional and four assists but he will be given his first shot in the men’s game.
Killie hope to get the deal done before the window closes at 11pm and Wilson-Brown would be in the matchday squad for their next match against St Johnstone on February 15.
