Sky Sports have announced the live Premiership games that the broadcaster will be showing in February and March.
Four games will be shown, three in February and one in March. The games begin with Hamilton vs Rangers, which will be shown on the 7th of February.
That is followed by Celtic’s trip to Perth to play St Johnstone. That will be televised on the 14th of February.
Pick of the bunch
Then comes the pick of the bunch. Rangers’ hazardous looking trip to in-from Livingston. That game will be a real test for Rangers, as David Martindale’s side have been playing some excellent football recently. The game at the Tony Macaroni Arena will be shown on the 28th of February.

Finally, we move on to March. All roads lead to Tannadice for Celtic’s game against Dundee United, which is on the 7th of March.
You have to imagine that more games will eventually be televised in March. It seems certain that the Celtic-Rangers game that month will be.
As for the games that have been selected, the aforementioned match at the Tony Macaroni Arena has to be the standout.
Missed opportunity
If Livingston continue on their current run of form, they will be confident about pulling off a win over Rangers. As for the other games, it does seem a bit of a missed opportunity that the only games being shown feature Celtic and Rangers.

For example, Hibernian are playing Aberdeen on the 6th of February, that game will be huge in the fight for third place. That game seems like one that should be live on television. However, it is not to be. Fans of those teams will need to watch on their club’s own streaming services.
