According to the Daily Record, Nottingham Forest and QPR have tabled bids for Aberdeen defender Scott McKenna.
They claim that these bids are in the region of £3 million.
The Dons can get much more for their prize asset.

Aberdeen clearly want to get every penny’s worth out of McKenna. Last summer, according to the Scottish Sun, they knocked back a £7 million bid from Aston Villa for the defender.
If Forest and QPR were aware of that and a bid of that size did actually arrive last summer, why do they think they can now get him for less than half of that figure?
Their opening bids for McKenna are a bit insulting. Perhaps 10 years ago the Scotland international would have went for that figure, but not in the modern market.
At least double that amount will be needed from the Champiosnhip duo before things are taken seriously.
Given that the Dons reportedly rejected £7 million for him last summer, there’s every possibility they’ll want an eight figure sum for McKenna.
It’s good to see Aberdeen holding out for more. They aren’t prepared to bow to teams who can offer better wages and who aren’t short of money, which is pleasing.
As for the opening Forest and QPR bids though, much more is needed if they even want to make Aberdeen think about selling McKenna.
