Rangers winger Kai Kennedy will be allowed to leave the Ibrox club on loan for the 2021/22 cinch Premiership season, with top-flight Scottish clubs interested (Glasgow Live).
The Rangers winger recently signed a new deal with Steven Gerrard’s side, the Gers boss a big fan of the Scotland youth international. Kennedy spent last season in the Championship with Inverness Caledonian Thistle and then Raith Rovers.

With first-team opportunities at Rangers likely to be slim in the upcoming season, Kennedy will be allowed to leave again in order to build experience. Premiership clubs have been alerted to his availability and a number of them clubs are now said to be considering the 19-year-old, who shone in the Championship last season.
Most clubs begin their seasons next month in the Premier Sports Cup group stages, with Aberdeen, Hibs and St Johnstone beginning their European adventures in the UEFA Europa Conference League and Europa League respectively.
