Hibs could be set to add winger Lewis Morgan to their squad as they gear up to push for a place in next season’s Europa League.
According to the Evening Times, Morgan could join the capital side on loan until the end of the season as Neil Lennon continues to improve his side.
The 22-year-old has struggled for game-time at Celtic after his move from St. Mirren.
Hibs have taken a number of players with them to their Dubai training camp as they prepare for their return to action after the winter break.
The winger was a stand-out for the Buddies but has yet to show what he can do at Celtic Park.
Lennon is clearly not giving up on a place in Europe, despite sitting in eighth place in the table.
A strong run of form after the break should fire Hibs right back into the mix and a top-six spot.
Morgan has managed 13 appearances for Celtic so far this season – but has only tallied a total of 304 minutes of action.
Hibs return to action on January 19th when they welcome Elgin City in the Scottish Cup.
Whether Morgan is part of their side remains to be seen but the winger would be a key player for the Hibees.
