Brian Rice reckons Hamilton should have had a penalty as they lost in heartbreaking fashion against Hibs.
Alex Gogic had handed Accies an advantage in Leith. He rose highest from a corner to head Rice’s men into the lead before Christian Doidge levelled it for the home side. In the dying embers of the match Paul Hanlon scored to give Hibs the win with just four minutes to spare.

Hamilton were then denied a penalty after the Hibs scorer appeared to handle the ball in the box a minute after scoring what turned out to be the winner.
It was a decision that frustrated Hamilton forward Steve Davies and had Rice questioning the decision: “I pulled Steve away. I don’t like to see my players getting involved with the referees.
“I like to see them getting on with the game and abide by the referee’s decision. I was just asking Bobby Madden for clarity on one or two things. That was all. I think there was maybe a possible handball in the box.

“Maybe more than a possible handball. I am just disappointed we didn’t get anything as we deserved something.
“The boys were tremendous and we got a bit deep in the second half, some individual mistakes, and it’s cost me a point.”
