Hibs looked like they may be heading for more dropped points until two late goals gave them the win over Ross County.
The Staggies led 1-0 for most of the second half after Elijah Campbell gave them a third minute lead. But Dwight Gayle was able to equalise in the sixth minute of first half stoppage time.
Elie Youan then scored a penalty on 73 minutes, one of two awarded to the home side, and Josh Campbell was able to put the seal on it late on.
County were aggrieved about how much added time was played at the end of the opening period after only five were indicated.
And it wasn’t the only thing that irked them.

James Brown questions referee after Hibs vs Ross County
Staggies defender James Brown has questioned the referee over the added time that allowed Hibs to get their equaliser.
He insists the ref had his whistle in his mouth and one point but didn’t blow. And he reckons his side go on to win if they had remained in front at the break.
He said: “The goal at the end of the first half changed the whole game. We go in at 1-0, this place turns on them and it’s a different game second half.
“It’s just so disappointing, especially the time, it was over five minutes. The ref had the whistle in his mouth, ready to blow and then took it out. God knows why.
“I think the whole refereeing team were a bit more of a disappointment.
“We were in total control. I didn’t think they had really any clear-cut chances in the first half.”
Brown admits the Staggies have to take their share of the blame for giving away two spot kicks.
He said: “The lads know that – they’ll hold their hands up. It’s just bonkers what they did. But we just have to look past that.
“With VAR these days, you can’t get away with that sort of stuff. Jack (Hamilton) did well to save the first one, but to give the second one away then, it’s just criminal.”
But he does feel he was fouled in the build-up to one of them, adding: “A million per cent, and three or four lads in the VAR room were (saying that) as well.
“The ref had an off-day. We all have off-days, players, officials, but that just felt like an ego decision.
“He made one or two mistakes in the game, big mistakes, and then going against VAR – nine-and-a-half times out of 10, you never see that.”
Ross County boss Don Cowie fumes
Don Cowie shared a similar view to his player on the added time.
And he has explained what the referee’s explanation was after being questioned.
The former Scotland midfielder said: “I spoke to the officials as we were over the five minutes that were put up. Hibs looked to break but then they play a backward pass.
“The referee put the whistle to his mouth, he is about to blow and he has decided that his words were that he thought about blowing the whistle and he didn’t.”
