Scot Gemmill has named players from Perth to West Ham United in his upcoming Scotland U21s squad.

The Scots youth head coach has selected a strong squad for the opening match of 2023 UEFA European Under-21 Championship Qualifying against Turkey. Ross Sinclair of St Johnstone is called up alongside teammate Glenn Middleton while West Ham United duo Brian Kinnear and Harrison Ashby are involved.

Scott Banks is selected after impressing at Crystal Palace and Ewan Urain of Athletic Bilbao is called upon again. Scottish Premiership regulars Josh Doig and Stephen Welsh are called upon alongside Partick Thistle pair Zak Rudden and Lewis Mayo, following their Championship form. The match v Turkey takes place on September 7th.
