John Fleck will be missing for Scotland this evening after the Sheffield United star took a blow to the back over the weekend.
Steve Clarke’s side return to action tonight as a final match in a triple-header of games takes place at Hampden. They face Czech Republic, looking to extend their lead at the top of their Nations League group.

But it’s a task that will have to be completed without the help of Sheffield United midfielder Fleck. Scots boss Clarke has confirmed that the Blades battler will miss this evening’s contest with a back problem.
It was suffered during the 1-0 win over Slovakia at the weekend. As Fleck rose for a challenge, he came down heavily on his back in awkward fashion.
It forced him off the park after 72 minutes, replaced by Sheffield United teammate Oli McBurnie.

It would suggest he could be a doubt for Chris Wilder’s side returning to action on Sunday, Sheffield United hosting Fulham in Premier League competition.
