Football kits are a subjective topic in football. One person’s favourite is someone else’s worst nightmare. That’s exactly the feeling Hearts have created with their 2019/20 away kit effort.
The kit is a smart white colour with what Hearts are calling silver across the top that’ll send you back to the 90s. It makes the Hearts badge stand out like sore thumb on this design. It’s not a completely unique design though, with Everton’s Umbro away kit from last term taking on a similar look all over instead of just the top half.

Regardless it’s still a nice piece of kit. Some Hearts fan are loving it, others less so.

Hearts will be hoping for away kit success
Last year Hearts won seven away games on the road. Whilst that isn’t terrible, they will need some additional victories if they’re to push for more than what now seems like the usual sixth place finish under Craig Levein.
An unusual design will hopefully boosts sales for their away top. Hearts will hope it has a similar impact to what Aberdeen’s unusual gold number has achieved.

The opening week of away kit sales has seen double the amount of away kit purchases in contrast to last years first week of sales. Given the eyewatering amount of money these kits cost for the public these days, the away number is a potential money spinner for Hearts.
Hearts will hope for success on the park with it, but they may even hope for more success off the park with their latest away effort.
