Some Hibs fans have voiced their support for their team after season tickets for the 2020/21 campaign were put on sale.

Many clubs are facing financial hardship as football’s shutdown continues. There’s a growing feeling that the game won’t return until August at the earliest, perhaps longer than that.

Whilst Hibs aren’t facing severe financial decisions just yet, they will not be immune from the economic hardship this time will bring. Already we have seen Aberdeen forecast financial challenges and Hearts cutting their wage bill by 50% last week.

The Easter Road club have opted to put season tickets on sale in the meantime. Whilst uncertainty looms over the footballing calendar, Hibs have still made them available to order for supporters.

And many have answered the call to arms. Taking to Twitter, several Hibs fans have confirmed they have ordered their season books for the next campaign, showing not even a global pandemic can dampen some supporters’ spirit for their team.
