Not very often do we see two of Scotland’s biggest clubs play out a derby clash when both occupy bottom spots in the Premiership.

That will be the case on Sunday, however, as Hibs and Hearts battle it out in Leith for not only bragging rights in Edinburgh but breathing space in the league.

The Hibees are in wretched form having won just one Premiership match in seven this season, their most recent disappointment a crushing 3-2 defeat to Dundee United that saw David Gray’s men collapse like a pack of cards late in the game.

Defensively, questions are being asked of Hibs but week after week they are unable to answer them. It’s something Hearts will look to target at Easter Road.

The Jambos were in serious bother before the appointment of Neil Critchley. He’s transformed the mindset of the fanbase though with two wins out of two so far, scoring six goals and conceding none.

Hearts have been dominant in the derby for years now but Hibs will be the fresher of the two sides on Sunday – the crux of the matter is, anything can happen on derby day.

Below, Not The Old Firm has everything you need to know about Hibs vs Hearts including how to watch live on TV, the latest team news, the appointed officials and more.
