Isaac Olaofe has ended his spell at St Johnstone early as the striker returns to Millwall.

The 20-year-old forward arrived during the summer alongside Danny McNamara on season-long loan moves from the London club.

Whilst McNamara has established himself as first-choice right-back at St Johnstone, his Millwall teammate hasn’t had the same luck. Olaofe has made just two appearances since arriving in Perth during the summer.

Despite Callum Davidson’s side struggling in front of goal, scoring once in their last seven games, the Millwall man hasn’t been given a chance. It’s been decided now though that the striker will return to The Den.

He’s the second departure from McDiarmid Park in as many days as Davidson puts the finishing touches on his squad. Wallace Duffy terminated his contract in Perth after a loan move to Greenock Morton earlier in the window was cancelled.
