Neil Critchley has a number of key decisions to make at Hearts in the coming weeks.
The new manager at Tynecastle surely has to hit the ground running in his first match in charge against St Mirren tomorrow afternoon.
His first starting XI could be a vital one for his career in Gorgie moving forward as it may well show supporters a glimpse, at least, into what they can expect to see.
His philosophy may not yet be up and running considering he has only been in the job for a short space of time, but key calls will have already been made by Critchley and his staff.

One of those significant issues has been to identify the club captain with Lawrence Shankland already holding onto the armband since Steven Naismith was the man in charge.
There are plenty of leading candidates within the changing room at Hearts including veteran goalkeeper Craig Gordon who was the on-field leader before the striker.
Injury put paid to that but Critchley has opted to make his decision this week.
The Englishman, 45 – who previously managed QPR and Blackpool, revealed to the gathered press this morning that Shankland would indeed hold onto the responsibility having engaged in positive talks with the new boss.
Lawrence Shankland will remain Hearts captain under Critchley
“I spoke to Lawrence yesterday,” Critchley explained.
“I had a good chat with him and he explained the situation and I have no reason to change that.
“He’s the captain on the pitch but Craig is also the club captain if you like and I’m happy with that arrangement.”
Hearts are without a victory in the Scottish Premiership so far this season and sit rock bottom of the division with just two draws from their opening eight fixtures.
Craig Gordon was another option and is in the leadership group
It was that sort of form which cost Naismith and his assistants Gordon Forrest and Frankie McAvoy their jobs with the Jambos.
Critchley now has to steady the ship while also demanding his squad improve their spot in the league as they chase third in the table again after last season.
