Hibs have issued an update to supporters ahead of the club’s Premiership clash with Ross County on Saturday afternoon.
A pitch inspection was called for 9:45am GMT this morning at the Global Energy Stadium with fears over the playability of the clash.
But around 20 minutes later, Ross County informed supporters that the pitch inspection was passed and the game will go ahead.
However, it has now been made known that Ross County’s stadium has suffered some damage due to the havoc caused by Storm Eowyn on Friday night.

Hibs fans to be relocated at Global Energy Stadium
Extremely high winds battered Scotland across the day as the deadly storm moved from the southwest of the country to the north.
Hibs have told supporters via a short statement that because of the damage to the Global Energy Stadium, away fans will be housed in the North Stand and NOT the East Stand as originally intended.
The update reads: “Following damage to the East Stand at the Global Energy Stadium, Hibs fans will be relocated to the North Stand for today’s fixture.
“Please note there are no reserved seats in this section, away fans can select their own seat upon entry.
“Those travelling to Dingwall should be aware of weather warnings associated with Storm Eowyn this weekend. You are asked to check the weather and your travel route, adjusting the journey accordingly. Please plan your journey carefully.

Hibs can go 8 unbeaten in Premiership

Hibs haven’t lost a game since early December when Celtic beat them 3-0 at Parkhead, while the Staggies have won three of their last five league fixtures.
