The Scottish Cup fifth round draw has been made, with a host of tantalising ties to look forward to next month.

18 teams have made it into the draw for the last 16. Arbroath and Falkirk both got into the hat after a 0-0 draw at Gayfield whilst a 2-2 result between Dundee United and Hibs secured their place in the draw.

There were no real upsets or shocks in the fourth round. Some notable results though were BSC Glasgow winning the Lowland League battle with East Kilbride to secure their last 16 berth whilst Championship Ayr United dumped out Premiership side Ross County.

It meant that 11 of the 12 top tier sides joined Arbroath, Falkirk, Ayr, BSC Glasgow, Dundee United, Clyde and Inverness in the hat.

There’s a remake of a Scottish Cup classic from 2005 when Clyde take on Celtic. BSC Glasgow have a brilliant home tie, taking on the winner of Dundee United or Hibs.

Hearts will travel to Arbroath or Falkirk and Accies will host Rangers in South Lanarkshire. In other all Premiership ties, St Mirren will take on Motherwell in Paisley whilst Kilmarnock will travel to face Aberdeen.

Ayr United take on St Johnstone and Inverness host Livingston in the other matches. Ties will be played on the weekend of February eighth.
