Expected Hibs and Aberdeen XIs as Josef Bursik and Leighton Clarkson dropped

David Gray and Jimmy Thelin are expected to ring the changes for tonight’s clash between Hibs and Aberdeen.

The rearranged fixture has plenty riding on it for both sides, with Hibs chasing a first victory since September and Aberdeen aiming to draw level on points with Celtic again at the top of the Premiership.

With that in mind, it’s crucial both managers pick the side they think can get a result tonight under the lights at Easter Road.

For the Hibees, Gray makes six changes to the side that started the crushing 4-1 defeat to Dundee on Saturday.

Josef Bursik is benched after his howler at Dens Park while Gray starts Jack Iredale following the suspension of Jordan Obita.

Lewis Miller, Kwon, Junior Hoilett and Dwight Gayle are also brought into the team as Gray desperately seeks a win.

For Aberdeen, Thelin sticks with his goalkeeper and back four but brings in Ante Palaversa to partner Graeme Shinnie.

Leighton Clarkson, Shayden Morris and Ester Sokler are moved to the bench with Topi Keskinen, Duk and Kevin Nisbet handed starts.
