Both Hibs and Aberdeen are looking to turn defeat at the weekend into a win under the lights in Leith.

But the situations the two sides find themselves in could not be any starker. Hibs are winless in eight league games and sit rock bottom of the Premiership after a 4-1 hammering against Dundee.

While the Dons still sit pretty in second place and victory this evening would bring them back level on points with Celtic having played a game more.

Aberdeen lost their first league game of the season in Paisley on Saturday, however, so boss Jimmy Thelin will be aiming to bounce right back against an awful Hibs team.

This is a rescheduled fixture that was moved originally because of Aberdeen’s commitments in the Premier Sports Cup.
