Your January 21 transfer window update from Not The Old Firm. We bring news on Motherwell, Hearts, Hibs, Dundee United, St Johnstone and St Mirren.
Lennon Miller latest
It had been expected that any move for Lennon Miller may have to be put on hold due to his injury but Motherwell have today rejected a £2.5million offer from Udinese.
The Daily Record are reporting that the Serie A side are not about to go away though and are ready to go back in with another offer, with Well holding out for closer to £4m.
A host of English clubs, including Liverpool, Manchester United and Manchester City, have previously been linked and will be watching with interest.

Hearts updates
Hearts are expected to tie up deals for midfielder Sander Kartum and defender Michael Steinwender this week.
That will add to the captures of Elton Kabangu and Jamie McCart earlier in the window as Neil Critchley aims to strengthen his squad.
Beyond that, at least one more would be expected amid talks with wingers Islam Chesnokov and Danny Armstrong.
Hibs teen wanted
Hibs youngster Reuben McAllister, out of contract at the end of the season, is reportedly wanted by Sunderland and Swansea.
The teen is already well known down south from his time in the Bristol City academy.
The Hibees are yet to make their first signing of the window and manager David Gray has given an update on where things sit.
He said: “I think the challenge is always to try and end the window in a more positive place than when you started. I think that’s clear but the work’s never ending.
“We’re trying to obviously look at targets all the time and try and strengthen in areas which if we think something can be done that’ll make us better, we’re looking to do that.
“We’ve also got the luxury of, or the benefit of, players coming back from long-term injuries. Kieran Bowie managed to get minutes to the weekend, which is a huge plus. He’s been out for a number of months, which is a blow for him.
“When he first joined the club, he was desperate to do well. Started well with a few cameo appearances and then picked up that injury. So players like him coming back will feel like new signings.
“We’ve also got Joe Newell, who’s been out at the moment. Miko, centre-forward, been out for a while. Elie Youan, add to that list as well. And the only one that’s probably going to be slightly longer is Marvin Ekpiteta.
“These are all key members of our squad. So to have them back, hopefully in a few weeks rather than anything else, will be a real boost for us as well.
“If we can add to that, something that makes the squad better, then hopefully as I’ve just touched on there we can end the window in a much stronger place than when we started it.
“I think we’re always looking. I think you’re always trying to move things on. I know that’s the political answer you’re always going to get from me at this stage, but whilst the window’s open, you always need to be proactive.
“You need to be moving all the time. I do expect there to be movement before the window closes. And I think as it goes on, the closer you get towards the end of the window, you do see things happening a lot more and a lot quicker. So I do expect there to be movement.”
The Hibees submitted an offer for Finnish teenager Matias Siltanen, but Djurgardens are thought to be favourites to get him.
Derry City Holt interest
Derry City have already shopped in the Scottish market for Liam Boyce from Hearts and Dom Thomas from Queen’s Park.
They now apparently have an interest in defender Kevin Holt from Dundee United.
He is out-of-contract in the summer but Jim Goodwin would likely want to keep hold of someone who is a regular.
Kris Moore St Johnstone trial
Leeds United defender Kris Moore, once close to joining Hibs, is now having a trial at St Johnstone.
Simo Valakari said: “We have a young centre back Kris Moore training with us this week so we can have a look at him. He has come recommended for us so it will be interesting to see how he gets on.
“He has played for Leeds United’s U23 team so we will watch him in training then see what we think.”
Saints signed Sam Curtis on loan from Sheffield United but other than that only has Jack Sanders and Bozo Mikulic as senior centre-half options.
Not the Old Firm previously revealed interest from England in Sanders.
St Mirren Offord latest
St Mirren have recalled Kieran Offord from his loan after 14 goals at Crusaders, but could sell him permanently.
Glentoran, Linfield and Coleraine are all reportedly vying to nab him for £100,000 and the Buddies could cash in.
Dundee United may do more
Dundee United yesterday signed Ruari Paton and Lewis Fiorini, both on loan from English clubs, in time to go into the squad for the Dundee derby.
But Jim Goodwin admits they could do more, explaining: “We’ll still keep working right up to the end, but we got the two players that we wanted to get in.
“We could potentially look at a little bit of cover in the defensive area, but it’s not a priority right now.”
